We regularly monitor the assets on our exchange to ensure they meet our listing standards. Based on recent reviews, we will suspend trading for Maple (MPL) on April 30, 2025 on or around 12 PM ET. Trading for Maple (MPL) will be suspended on http://Coinbase.com (Simple and Advanced Trade), Coinbase Exchange, and Coinbase Prime.
We have moved our MPL order books to limit-only mode. Limit orders can be placed and canceled, and matches may occur. Maple (MPL) has migrated to a new version of its token, (SYRUP). This migration will close on April 30, 2025. Coinbase has added support for SYRUP, however Coinbase will not migrate these assets on behalf of customers. The token swap from MPL to SYRUP is currently live via Maple’s official migration portal: https://syrup.fi/convert. If you hold MPL on Coinbase, action by April 30, 2025 is required. Customers will need to convert MPL to SYRUP using the Maple migration portal and a compatible self-custodial wallet, such as Coinbase Wallet. If you do not convert your funds by April 30th, the value of your assets may be lost.
